Overview of the Job

Makesworth Accountant is looking for a dedicated content writer who has excellent writing skills. We need people who can research and create content for articles, websites, blogs, social media, and service descriptions. Candidates should be able to understand the latest SEO techniques and contribute excellent content to increase reader engagement.


  • Understand requirements and do the industry research online to write quality content
  • Create compelling headlines and product descriptions to attract target audience
  • Use SEO techniques in writing content to increase the website traffic
  • Create related and SEO optimized content for multiple platforms, websites, content marketing blogs, email marketing, videos and social media post
  • Work with marketing team and design team to understand clients products and advertising needs
  • Make improvements to the current content as per the requirements
  • Write fact-filled content that convinces people to take favourable actions.
  • Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
  • Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation

Key skills and attributes:

  • Strong research skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Candidate should be well versed in using a computer, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Candidate should have expert level knowledge and must stay updated on the latest changes to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good Writing Skills-Consistency, Clarity, Accuracy, Brevity
  • Able to create/edit range of documents, correcting any grammatical, typographical, or compositional errors.
  • Should be able to generate original content.
  • Create focused and strategically important content
  • Experience in writing Newsletter, Articles, Blogs, Case Studies, Press Releases, Social Forum posts, etc.
