The Offer
This Refer a Friend Offer is open to existing Makesworth clients (“you”) and is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
From 1st July 2019, if you refer a friend (“New Client”) and they become a customer of Makesworth Accountants to receive our Fixed Fee Package, you shall be entitled to receive a cheque for up to £100 as set out below subject to these terms and conditions (“the Reward”).
Eligibility Criteria
In order for you to be eligible to receive a Reward, the New Client must have paid one full monthly direct debit payment and must still be a client for a period of 12 weeks and
you must have paid one full direct debit payment retaining the Makesworth Fixed Fee package service and must still be a client of Makesworth.
The Reward
The Reward is a cheque for £100 or paid via BACs as appropriate.
Please note that you will only be entitled to receive a Reward when we deem that the Eligibility Criteria set out above has been satisfied and subject to the Conditions set out below. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether you qualify for the Offer and our decision is final.
Conditions
This Offer is not available to any individuals, contractors or limited companies who currently retain Makesworth for non-trading services, bespoke tax and/or accountancy advice and/or individuals who have outstanding fees owing to Makesworth or us or where Makesworth is in the process of completing cessation accounts. If you or the New Client engage Makesworth or us for any of the above, we have the right to withdraw the Offer and the reward will not be made available.
We reserve the right to withdraw and/or amend this Offer as necessary.
This Offer is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. In addition, this Offer is not available to individuals under the age of 18.
This Offer is run in accordance with and will be regulated by the policies of our Company.
